Stark Properties is the next chapter in a legacy that began in 1980 with Bill Stark Properties.

Founded by Bill Stark in Atlanta, Georgia, the original company focused on residential communities and commercial developments that became cornerstones of thriving neighborhoods. Over the years, Bill Stark Properties built a reputation for quality, integrity, and commitment to the community.

Today, Bill's four sons have rebranded and revitalized the company, bringing fresh perspectives, modern innovations, and a renewed focus to community-driven development under the name Stark Properties.

While we honor the principles on which the original company was founded, we are also focused on adapting to the changing needs of today’s markets and enhancing the environments we develop for future generations.
