Jacob's Foundation

A newly established 501(c)(3) committed to supporting special-needs communities through the projects we develop. Jacob's Foundation donates a portion of the proceeds from the communities we build, directing funds to local philanthropies and initiatives that enhance the lives of individuals with special needs — fostering inclusion, support and empowerment.
